Interesting topic. In general a good balance between theory and practice. Maybe the training should be divided in two parts, e.g. first part for theory and the second – one week after – for practical solutions/cases. Nice and pleasant atmosphere and I believe I have for sure learnt something!

This course was very useful to me because it made my thoughts more organized and by concrete examples it showed me that many situations which I have been in, have different solutions. Top-managers of different Departments of the both Companies — representatives of Italy and Russia — took part in the Training.
The work at the Training was in an atmosphere of general enthusiasm. All practical tasks attracted heightened interest and discussion. During summarizing all the participants said the cross-cultural issue is of the utmost importance.
