In 2002 it was awarded as the most innovative technology at the CIBER Congress on Global Interdependence 2002, hosted by Duke University и University of North Carolina.
On-line system of cross-cultural assessment is used by many leading European and US business schools in their training courses, as well as, by multinationals and international organizations with the purpose of forming an international team when selecting and preparing staff for longtime international work.

The Cross-cultural assessment has three main functions:

  • To assess the candidate’s overall capability of handling international business pressure, whether at home or overseas
  • To determine the person’s existing level of cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • To measure the compatibility of the candidate’s cultural characteristics with national characteristics of colleagues and business partners
