The order of the Service delivering
Independently on the type of the service (seminar, training, couching or webinar) the preliminary work is executing. It includes the following steps:
- The cross-cultural problems revealing
- Identification of the target cultures to be explored (National Cultural Profiles)
- Individual and group cross-cultural assessment (if there is the need)
- Data collection of the cross-cultural experience of the participants and its systematization
- The data analysis
- Design of the final programme content
